Another great closing with an out of state buyer. Kathleen did an amazing jog handling everything and all my clients questions regarding wire fraud, etc! My client was very happy with the signing when he arrived and the accommodations that were made to get him signed on the same day as closing! And we still closed by noon! Amazing!
