For a fast closing, I feel Liza and her team did a great job. The only reason I gave 4 stars on communication was that at one point, I had to email everyone I could find her list to get a response, but beyond that Liza was super professional. Her contact with the seller was great, and I really appreciate everything that they did to make this happen!
